Here’s what to expect and how to get started

  1. Reach out: Send an email, text, or phone call to share your interest in beginning therapy, and we can schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we will be a good fit for each other! During this time, I can get some basic information about you and answer any questions you may have about me.

  2. Intake Assessment: We schedule a 60 minute intake assessment for me to have an opportunity to gather more comprehensive information about your history, current challenges, and therapeutic goals. Goals are important because it helps you and I know if we are moving in a good direction. Movement looks different for everyone!

  3. Scheduling Sessions: You and I will set up a regular schedule for therapy sessions. I’m pretty flexible in scheduling and do my best to accommodate your availability.

  4. Ongoing therapy: As therapy progresses, I will continually evaluate your progress and goals with you and make adjustments as necessary. Sometimes we have to shift goals, or something else may take priority. I am always here to support you through this and meet you where you are.

  5. Communication: Open communication is highly encouraged throughout the process. My clients can reach out for support or with questions at any time between sessions, and I will get back to you within 24 hours, if not sooner.
